Returns & Exchanges
At Volt Pop Nails, we offer a 60-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it including its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to expedite the return process, please include the following information in your email:
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Customer Name
- Reason for requesting a return
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a complimentary return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you via email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method. Please remember that after we initiate a refund, it can take some time (up to 14 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This processing time is out of our control and is completely dependent on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible to check for damaged items and to make sure you received the correct items that you ordered. If any items are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can help resolve the issue.
